Yes, we accept returns. Live plants can be returned within 48 hours, but not for neglect, improper care, or natural variations. Pots & Home Decor items in new or unused condition can be returned within 14 days with a receipt. Custom orders or sale items are final sale. Skincare & Consumables must be unused or unopened and returned within 14 days with a receipt, in original packaging, and with the seal intact.

We offer a wide variety of plants including indoor plants, some outdoor plants, succulents, and cacti. Each plant is carefully selected to ensure the highest quality.

Yes, we provide detailed plant care instructions with every purchase to help you keep your plants healthy and thriving. We also have a wall of post cards with detailed plant care instructions. Free of charge.
